The Hill Times photograph by Andrew MeadeThe Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) represents a first-ever bilateral trade agreement with a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. The two also signed a Defence Cooperation Agreement, building on the Military Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding signed last month, according to the Prime Minister’s Office.
